Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an expanding property consultancy in Sheffield. You will take senior responsibility for multiple projects from pre-contract to final account, and you will manage the project through to completion with full client ownership.

At senior level you will also contribute to business development and represent the company at networking events and meetings, working with blue‑chip clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree.
• Experience as a Project Manager on client, contractor or consultancy side.
• Experience delivering projects within the property sector.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for a number of projects from pre-contract to final account.
• Maintain full client ownership and manage projects through to completion.
• Involve in business development and represent the company at networking events and meetings.
