Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an expanding property consultancy in Sheffield. You will take senior responsibility for multiple projects from pre-contract to final account, and you will manage the project through to completion with full client ownership.

At senior level you will also contribute to business development and represent the company at networking events and meetings, working with blue‑chip clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree.
• Experience as a Project Manager on client, contractor or consultancy side.
• Experience delivering projects within the property sector.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

THE POSITION

The positon is for a Project Manager at senior level to get involved in taking full responsibility of a number of projects from pre contract to final account. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and manage the project through to completion. At senior level the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.

THE CANDIDATE

• Have a relevant degree
• Have experience working as a Project Manager on either the Client, Contractor or Consultancy side
• Have experience working on projects within Property
• Have good communication and client facing skills
