Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in Swindon, UK, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, quality and operations on major customer programs, product migrations and strategic transformations.

You will define and manage schedules, budgets and metrics, ensure compliance and risk mitigation, and report progress to senior leadership, while driving continuous improvement in a large, global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering, or another related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Supply Chain & Operations or related area.
• Experience in a large, matrix and global organization with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) and change management.
• Preferred PMI, Lean Six Sigma and Prosci certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver major customer, business and transformation programs within budget and schedule.
• Develop program plans, budgets, staffing, schedules and performance metrics and track utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Monitor performance and report to senior management; identify and mitigate risks and constraints.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional program teams and act as main customer contact throughout the program.
