Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Aerospace, Defense & Marine Business Unit in Swindon, UK. The role leads cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain and operations to deliver multi-project programs on time and within budget.

You will manage planning, budgeting and performance metrics, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and report progress to leadership. Strong collaboration across functions is essential for program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as supply chain management, operations, business, or engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Supply Chain & Operations or related area.
• Proven track record managing complex projects in a large, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver major customer, business and transformation programs within budget and time.
• Develop planning, budgeting, staffing, schedules and performance metrics for programs.
• Monitor performance against plans and report to senior management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, production, quality, and other functions as the main customer/program contact.
