Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems is seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to define, plan and deliver medium to large size contracts across diverse programmes. The role offers hybrid working, with 2-3 days on-site in the UK and salary circa £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience.

You will work on complex, evolving environments, manage risks, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to improved project performance while benefiting from MBDA’s flexible working and valuable company benefits.

Qualifications

• Project/Programme Management experience in a matrix organisation.
• Strong risk management skills with ability to manage complex problems.
• Sound business judgement and problem solving.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and lead project teams.
• Experience leading projects from a business perspective including EVM and schedule risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium to large contracts/programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Embed partner/stakeholder management across international organisation.
• Gain professional/project management accreditation exposure.
• Collaborate with UK and European counterparts to ensure integration.
• Drive progression and innovation within MBDA’s Project Management community.
