Job Description

Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, we are looking for Senior Project Managers to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects. As a member of our team, you will work to make a difference with our clients in delivering diverse, complex projects and programmes. The role is based in our London office, with potential for hybrid working depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure projects and programmes across their lifecycle, including project management principles, client objectives, contract management, leadership, financial management, and health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Lead and develop project teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Identify and solve complex problems, work under pressure, and motivate team members.
• Manage multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior client representatives, and develop long-term trusted advisor relationships.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management.
• Leadership skills and experience managing teams in challenging environments.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing procurement, NEC contracts, and working with contractors and consultants.

Qualifications:

• Degree or HND in management, construction, or infrastructure-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional affiliation or near-qualified status with APM, ICE, ITP, or similar.
• Project management certifications (APM, PRINCE2, MSP).
• NEC PM accreditation or qualifications.
