Job Description

We are seeking experienced NEC3 and NEC4 accredited Senior Project Managers to support our clients in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across various sectors including Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, and Utilities. Based in our London office, you will work with colleagues and client teams across London and the South-East, supporting a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

1. Manage infrastructure projects and programs from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives.
2. Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts effectively, serving as the Project Manager or in a similar role within the last 12 months.
3. Lead and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
4. Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Identify and resolve complex project issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Manage multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and work under pressure.
7. Mentor and develop junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (essential).
• Degree or HND in management, construction, or infrastructure-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Membership or near-qualification with APM, ICE, or similar professional body.
• Project management certifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or MSP.
• Significant experience in infrastructure project management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
