Job summary

Affinity Water is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategic Resource Options team in Hatfield to lead major water transfer schemes and coordination with regulators, consultants and partners. You will drive project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring value-driven, compliant outcomes.

At Affinity Water, we're investing in some of the UK's most ambitious water infrastructure projects to secure resilient, sustainable water supplies for generations to come. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategic Resource Options team and help lead projects that will make a lasting impact across the South East.

The Role:

These major water transfer schemes encompass development of new treatment works and strategic infrastructure, you'll be at the heart of developing and delivering complex, high-profile programmes that support regional growth and environmental sustainability.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll take ownership of key elements within the major project from early development through to delivery, working closely with consultants, contractors, regulators and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle.

• Managing scope, budget, programme, risk and governance.

• Acting as Affinity Water’s intelligent client, ensuring high-quality, value-driven outcomes.

• Building strong relationships with regulators, partners and stakeholders.

• Overseeing consultants and contractors to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

• Providing leadership across multi-disciplinary project teams.

What you'll need:

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing key stakeholders and delivering projects that make a real difference.

You’ll have:

• Salary £54,000 - £67,000 dependant on skills and experience
