Pershing Consultants Ltd is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to help clients progress complex energy and infrastructure projects through development and consenting stages.

You will oversee projects or lead work-streams, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing interfaces and keeping programmes, budgets and deliverables on track. The role offers remote working within the UK and opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience overseeing the development phase, or workstreams within it (DCO/DNS).
• Understanding of how planning, consenting, environmental and technical activities interact during development.
• Ability to coordinate specialists across disciplines and manage priorities.
• Experience managing programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships.
• Clear communication and concise reporting.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and autonomy in a smaller consultancy.

Responsabilités

• Managing development-phase projects or work-streams, within DCO or DNS.
• Coordinating planning, environmental, engineering, legal and other inputs.
• Managing programmes, budgets, risks, dependencies and change.
• Maintaining governance, reporting progress and resolving issues.
• Building relationships with clients, project teams and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and client relationships.
• For Senior PM applicants, taking ownership of complex assignments and advising senior stakeholders.
