Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is seeking an Associate Director - Project Management (Commercial & Heritage) in London. You will lead PM activities on a Grade I listed building conversion for education, guiding the project through construction and delivering outcomes on time and budget.

You'll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, manage programme and risks, and mentor junior team members within a collaborative, partner-led environment offering clear progression

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects on complex schemes.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities on a Grade I listed building conversion for education.
• Manage the project through construction and ensure successful project outcomes.
