You will own critical workstreams, liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, and drive successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, client management and mentorship, with opportunities to advance to senior leadership within a prestigious practice.

Qualifications

• High-value construction or fit-out project experience.
• Experience in luxury hotels and/or office fit-out.
• Proven client-facing project management experience.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams independently.
• MRICS preferred, but not essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key elements of luxury hotel and office fit-out projects.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Manage project programmes, resources, risks, quality and project controls.
• Lead design management, procurement and construction activities.
• Manage Employer's Agent and Contract Administration responsibilities.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and act as a key project contact.
• Work closely with Cost Managers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior Project Managers and team members.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and governance.
• Contribute to fee proposals, business development and recruitment.
