Built Alliance, a global sustainability-driven consultancy, is seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager to join its Birmingham office and assume greater ownership of diverse delivery across healthcare, industry and complex infrastructure.

Working with hands-on Directors and senior leaders, you will manage stakeholder engagement, cost control, and contract administration, while supporting Net Zero and ESG initiatives within a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with experience delivering across RIBA stages
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC frameworks
• Ability to manage stakeholders including public and private clients
• Experience in cost control, procurement and contract administration

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from early planning through to completion
• Collaborate with Directors and senior leaders
• Drive sustainability initiatives including Net Zero and ESG
• Ensure commercial oversight with cost management teams
