Montash is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead governance and risk-focused delivery across large-scale technology programmes in the financial services sector. The role reports into senior stakeholders and collaborates with an offshore delivery lead in India.

The position emphasizes governance, risk control, and strong stakeholder management to prevent client escalations, with 2–3 days on-site in Glasgow and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and risk ownership across full project lifecycles.
• Strong governance with proven methods for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Recent experience in Financial Services delivering large programmes.
• 10+ years of delivery management experience in major programmes.
• Experience spanning application and infrastructure delivery, with cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain senior stakeholder engagement and avoid client escalations.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery lead in India to meet plans and milestones.
• Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large projects with full financial control.
• Interface across Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
