Job summary

Montash is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across large-scale technology programmes in Glasgow. The role requires strong governance, risk control and stakeholder management, with 2-3 days on-site.

You will work with an offshore delivery lead in India and report to senior stakeholders. This governance and risk-focused delivery role is suited to someone with a high track record in the Financial Services sector, and extensive delivery management experience across both

Qualifications

10+ years in delivery management with governance and risk control.
Experience in Financial Services sector.
Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programmes.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery.
Experience managing offshore teams (India) and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Own governance and risk management across the project lifecycle.
Maintain senior stakeholder engagement and governance cadence.
Coordinate with offshore delivery lead in India to meet plans.
Manage third‑party suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
Lead end-to-end delivery of large complex projects with financial control.
Oversee both application and infrastructure workstreams including decommissioning.
