To thrive in this role, you'll need at least five years of experience in a Project Management Consultancy specializing in fit-outs. Strong knowledge of project management processes, construction teams, and the responsibilities tied to consultancy-based project management is essential. You should also be comfortable overseeing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, with solid contract administration experience.
