Your focus will mainly be on CAT A & CAT B fit-outs, with occasional shell & core projects, delivering high-quality spaces for finance firms, legal companies, and large corporates. Projects range from 20,000 square feet to hundreds of thousands, meaning you'll be involved in both leading smaller projects and supporting larger-scale developments, reporting directly to the Associate Director.

To thrive in this role, you'll need at least five years of experience in a Project Management Consultancy specializing in fit-outs. However, if you come from a slightly different background but have relevant experience, your application is still welcomed. Strong knowledge of project management processes, construction teams, and the responsibilities tied to consultancy-based project management is essential. You should also be comfortable overseeing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, with solid contract administration experience.
