Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic planning and business management of the largest digital transformation programme within the Environment & Business directorate. The Regulatory Services Programme is responsible for delivering digital services that will revolutionize how the Environment Agency regulates.
You will lead within the Programme Management Office (PMO), providing valuable input into the financial and business management of the programme to mitigate risks and remove barriers, ensuring alignment with the business case and value for money.
We seek someone with a strong track record in managing complex financial information, collaborating to drive value for money, and influencing ongoing investments.

The Team
The Digital, Innovation and Programmes team oversees the Digital Strategy and its implementation across E&B. Our work sets the strategic direction for digital services that will transform regulation processes.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Defra shared services and third-party suppliers, to shape user-centered online services and digital platforms that are efficient, simple, and fast.
