Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to lead in the strategic planning and business management of the largest digital transformation programme within the Environment & Business directorate. The Regulatory Services Programme is responsible for delivering digital services that will transform environmental regulation.
You will lead within the Programme Management Office (PMO), providing valuable input into the financial and business management of the programme to support risk mitigation, issue resolution, and value for money delivery.
We seek a candidate with a strong track record in managing complex financial information, collaborating to drive value for money, and influencing ongoing investment.

The Team
The Digital, Innovation and Programmes team oversees the Digital Strategy and its implementation across E&B, shaping digital service delivery to improve efficiency, simplicity, and speed.
You will collaborate with Defra shared services and third-party suppliers to develop user-centered online services and digital platforms.
