Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive to own bookings growth across the UK region, targeting new logos and expanding existing relationships. You will manage pipeline, collaborate with SEs, SDRs, and channel partners, and drive quota attainment in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes a relentless, self-starter mindset with a focus on strategic accounts and complex solutions in a cyber-resilient data protection landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years tech sales experience with IT infrastructure, security or SaaS.
• Consistent track record landing net new logos.
• Strong quota performance and overachievement track record.
• Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
• Ability to sell complex solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quota.
• Develop and manage a large sales pipeline across accounts.
• Identify and close growth opportunities with Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
• Present Rubrik solutions within data centre environments.
• Collaborate with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable growth.
• Provide management with market feedback and identify new opportunities.
