Job summary

Prosper Consulting in London seeks a Senior Project Manager (EA) to lead diverse projects across education, affordable housing, private residential and leisure sectors in London and the South East. You will act as the Employers Agent and manage client relations on complex schemes.

The role requires UK-based construction consultancy experience, MRICS/MCIOB status (or pursuit), and strong client-facing skills, with a competitive package on offer in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy.
• MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to attain.
• Client-facing experience
• Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration
• Experience in education, affordable housing, private residential and leisure sectors (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead across education, housing, residential and leisure projects in London and the South.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project delivery to deadlines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
