Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Project Manager (EA) to lead education, affordable housing, private residential and leisure projects across London and the South. Based in South East London, you’ll act as Employer’s Agent and JCT contract administrator, delivering projects on time and to budget.

Requirements include 2+ years’ UK consultancy experience, MRICS/MCIOB or working toward, and strong client-facing skills. APC support and annual subscriptions are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with a UK-based property/construction consultancy.
• MRICS/MCIOB qualification or working toward it.
• Client-facing experience and knowledge of EA/JCT Contract Administration.

Responsibilities

• Work across education, affordable housing, private residential and leisure projects in London and the South.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Support APC and professional development through in-office training and subscriptions.
