Your mission

Senior Project Manager – Digital Projects
As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Native, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex digital projects — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. You will play a hands-on role in drivingdigital design and build, proactively solving problems, unblocking teams, and making sure work keeps moving forward.

You’ll manage multiple workstreams across platforms and devices, collaborating closely with internal design, production, and engineering teams, as well as with client stakeholders and third-party partners.

We’re looking for a self-starting, results-focused project manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. Experience delivering solutions across digital platforms and physical product is highly desirable.

Your profile

Here are the capabilities our ideal candidate will bring to this role:

Project Planning & Delivery

• Deliver complex digital experiences across web, mobile, and a variety of device platforms
• Own the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, covering both design and technology workstreams
• Create and manage detailed project plans — setting clear timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive tasks through to completion and ensure teams stay on track

Design Quality

• Partner closely with design leads to scope, brief, and drive the creative process from concept to delivery.
• Ensure creative work is presented to clients clearly, on time, and in its best form

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
• Collaborate with client-side and external technology teams to align on integration, delivery, and QA
• Communicate proactively with clarity — surfacing issues early and driving alignment across all stakeholders

Process & Documentation

• Write and maintain key documentation including cost forecasts, Statements of Work and timelines
• Set up workflows and collaboration tools
• Organize assets and documentation in line with Native standards

Financial & Resource Management

• Build and manage budgets across resources, vendors, and tools
• Track project burn, forecast needs, and ensure alignment with agreed scopes
• Manage resource allocation across multiple active projects

Tools, Tech & Operations

• Recommend and implement tools that support team collaboration and delivery
• Occasional UK and international travel to support client meetings or key project moments
