Exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this global Energy company.

This is a pivotal time to join this world-leading Energy company as it transforms from a traditional Oil & Gas enterprise into a future-focused Energy leader. This transformation includes establishing a successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team and exploring innovative solutions such as advanced Gas infrastructure, LNG technology, Energy Storage systems, and Green Energy solutions. These initiatives offer talented individuals the chance to contribute significantly to this evolution, working alongside top industry professionals and utilizing the latest technology.

About The Role:

• Plan, execute, and control projects according to internal methodologies and standards.
• Analyze variances against plans and trends that may threaten scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders including users, customers, and suppliers to maximize the benefits of delivered products and services.
• Develop and implement change and engagement plans to foster necessary behavioral changes and maximize benefits.

Your Background Needs To Include:

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager within the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
• Experience delivering data platform implementation projects, preferably Microsoft Azure-based, within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 20 or more.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of championing the data platform vision and leading business transformation; experienced in change control and risk management.
• Willingness to work from the central London offices 3 days per week.
