Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role with delivery experience on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems in data centres.
• Ability to manage safety, budgets and schedules across multiple sites.
• Experience in vendor management and client liaison in high-stakes projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with schedule variance and costs.
• Maintain a register of all projects and current status.
• Lead execution plans and safe work plans; supervise subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, report in meetings, and handle escalations.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence within the scope of works.
• Travel and working abroad will be required.
