Job summary

Acrylicize is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex creative projects from briefing through installation and aftercare. You will oversee client relationships, budgets, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with designers, suppliers and the internal studio.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience delivering design projects, strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to quality and sustainability within a hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• An education in the design field.
• Proven experience delivering projects in the design industry across scales and disciplines.
• Experience handling accounts and dealing directly with clients.
• Prior project management experience is preferable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact from briefing to installation and aftercare.
• Lead client meetings, manage expectations, provide regular updates.
• Develop project programmes, milestones and delivery plans; manage budgets.
• Coordinate resources, supplier pricing and procurement with the Projects Director.
• Collaborate with designers on deliverable concepts and fabrication approaches.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
