Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex creative projects within our in-house agency. You’ll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple brands and channels.

Based in London with hybrid work, you’ll collaborate with creative, copy, design, production, and digital teams, balancing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience in an in-house creative agency.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritise, plan and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of creative projects and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into structured plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, production, digital and marketing.
• Monitor risk, quality, and delivery, escalating where needed.
• Maintain governance, status reports and stakeholder updates.
