Job summary

VodafoneThree in London is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead complex, multi-brand campaigns within our Generation in-house agency. You’ll guide campaign delivery from brief to completion, building deep relationships with senior brand stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

This hybrid role offers office and home-based work, with 2-3 days per week in the office and close collaboration with cross-functional teams across strategy, production and creative.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an AD or equivalent client leadership role.
• Strong track record delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Credible in senior client environments with relationship management.
• Commercially aware with budgets and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Leadership: lead end-to-end delivery of major integrated campaigns.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: build trusted relationships with brand leads and marketing stakeholders.
• Brief Ownership: ensure briefs are clear and align with objectives.
• Resource and Scope Management: balance demand with capacity and manage risks.
• Commercial Awareness: monitor budget health and explain variances.
• Team Development: guide and develop AMs within the portfolio.
• Integrated Delivery: coordinate across creative, strategy, production and PM for aligned workstreams.
