Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our London-based Occupier Fit Out team. You will lead and deliver high-quality projects from inception to completion, and contribute to our business growth by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans, performance, and risks.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring timely invoicing and reporting.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
  • Lead problem-solving and conflict resolution efforts during projects.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, assisting with bid proposals.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned to improve our services.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a construction/property-related discipline.
  • Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • Experience in delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience managing projects over 60,000 sqft.
  • Excellent project management skills: planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and adaptability.
