RGB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects across the South West, based in Bristol. You will oversee projects from inception through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The role offers a circa £65k salary, a generous bonus and excellent benefits in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within construction or property.
• Ability to lead projects through all RIBA stages.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within commercial, defence, higher education, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
