Job summary

Kingsley Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a respected property and construction consultancy in Liverpool. You will own a varied project portfolio, lead from inception through to handover, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers full lifecycle delivery across sectors such as retail, education, aviation and hospitality, with up to £25m annual portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multi-sector projects in a consultancy or client-side setting.
• Ability to manage a varied workload across full lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects across their full lifecycle.
• Leading projects from inception through design and procurement to construction delivery.
• Acting as Employer’s Agent during construction (desirable).
• Administering and managing JCT contracts and maintaining client relationships.
• Monitoring financial performance and project profitability.
• Supporting business development and client relationship growth.
