Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Stirling to lead multidisciplinary construction projects across HVAC, M&E and building fabric for client frameworks such as Home Office, Scottish Power and Scottish Water. You will manage cradle-to-grave delivery, develop teams, ensure safety and programme, and work with regional operations.

Applicants should have 5+ years of project delivery experience in mechanical/electrical/building fabric, strong communication, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects of this nature.
• Mechanical, Electrical or Building Fabric experience is essential
• Experience in office refurbishment / fit out projects up to £5m
• Current position as a Project Manager looking to advance in career
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and resource planning
• Ability to develop, manage and empower a team
• Deadline driven and committed to the same
• Committed to personnel and team development and progression
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and Powerpoint

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
• Developing project budgets and programmes and tracking progress
• Lead design and build delivery with supply chain partners
• Chair meetings and ensure health and safety compliance on site
• Manage contracts, change control and KPI reporting
