An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join an award-winning Construction Consultancy on their successful Project Management team.

Based near St Pauls, this consultancy boasts a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, and Data Centres. There is clear scope for progression as they are looking to identify future Directors of the company.

The Senior Project Manager Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will work alongside senior team members and Directors, managing high-end projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing construction projects across new-build and fit-out sectors, including commercial and data centres.
• Negotiating with developers and landlords to approve fit-out proposals and align with client specifications.
• Collaborating with retail planners to address site issues and proposals.
• Instructing surveys of sites and existing buildings for environmental, conditional, and geographical assessments.
• Briefing consultant teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of post-graduation experience, extensive knowledge in construction consultancy, and ideally be chartered.
