About the role

I recruit Project Managers for leading Built Environment Consultancies and Developers in the UK.

If you are a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in high-rise Residential projects and seek more autonomy, responsibility, and growth opportunities, this could be the perfect career move for you.

This boutique consultancy collaborates with exceptional clients, mainly in Residential sectors such as PBSA, Co-Living, BTR, and PRS markets.

They have been shortlisted for industry awards and adopt a pragmatic approach to client work. As a project manager, you'll manage projects valued up to £100 million.

Located in London’s West End, this close-knit team has delivered notable schemes across the country.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in residential or commercial sectors from a consultancy background
• Ability to work as an Employer’s Agent
• Knowledge of BSA changes (Gateway 2)
• Chartered status (RICS, APM, ICE, etc.) is preferred
• Experience as project lead in a post-contract PM/EA role
• 3-5 years’ experience for PM, 5-7 years for SPM
• Understanding of the planning process
• Knowledge of tendering strategies

Offered is a salary between £60,000-£75,000 plus benefits, including an annual company away day, private medical, and dental plans.
