Egis UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building projects across Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will deliver within timeframes and manage resources to provide exemplary professional services for diverse clients, while building strong relationships and guiding project teams.

Your PM experience in buildings consultancy, stakeholder engagement, planning, procurement, and risk management will drive value and quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable PM experience in a buildings consultancy context.
• Strong ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Planning: develop PM plans, master programmes and milestones.
• Engaging: manage stakeholders and run project meetings.
• Procuring: prepare scopes, tenders and contract documents.
• Managing Risk, Delivering Value: review designs, run risk workshops, track mitigations.
• Project Administration: monitor progress, quality on-site, manage design teams.
• General Duties: mentor staff, support BD, uphold Egis culture.
