Qualifications

• Extensive experience building effective client relationships.
• Proficiency in payments and liquidity product knowledge.
• Previous project management experience or relevant qualifications.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in real time.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-mandate and RFI/RFP consultation and project management for diverse client base.
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects to onboard clients for Global Payments Solutions.
• Streamline documentation processes using GDOCS for accurate, timely delivery.
• Act as central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across regions.
• Take ownership of client relationships post-sales and drive ongoing communication.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance Net Promoter Score.
