BES Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from design through to handover, coordinating designers, engineers, subcontractors and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality. The role emphasizes strong site presence in the North West and hybrid working to adapt to project needs.

You will ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health and safety, and company quality systems while maintaining effective stakeholder communications and reporting to

Qualificações

• Experience managing turnkey construction and HVAC projects.
• Strong technical understanding of building services and design delivery.
• CDM Regulations awareness and health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to manage programmes and report progress to clients and senior management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of projects from design through handover.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, subcontractors and project teams to programme.
• Chair design reviews and manage procurement and resources.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, quality systems and safety requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
