Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead cleanroom and dry room construction on a major UK project in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will oversee specialist packages, coordinate subcontractors and manage interfaces between CSA and MEP works, with autonomy on site and opportunities for progression.

You will drive programme, quality, safety and snagging to ensure installations meet strict cleanliness and project specifications, on an immediate-start basis if

Qualifications

Experience delivering cleanroom or dry room construction packages.
Background as Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of specialist fit-out including partitions, ceilings, flooring and envelope systems.

Responsibilities

Leading cleanroom and dry room construction through to handover.
Managing specialist subcontractors and site delivery teams.
Coordinating CSA, architectural and MEP interfaces.
Driving programme, quality, safety and snagging.
Ensuring installation meets project specifications and cleanliness requirements.
