Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery across multiple sectors from our Birmingham office. You will work with seasoned colleagues on strategic issues and client engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong accreditation, people leadership, and a proactive approach to solving problems under pressure while delivering high-quality client solutions.

Qualifications

• Preferably hold a professional accreditation in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM etc)
• Demonstrate experience leading the day-to-day delivery of construction projects upwards in value of £10M, including carrying out the role of the Contract Administrator
• Demonstrate the ability to manage, lead and support less experienced colleagues
• Evidence the capability to identify and pursue, with support, new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
• Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for clients
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development of self and others
