Job summary

Prosper Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee delivery of commercial office projects across Central London. You will leverage your 4+ years of UK consultancy experience and MRICS/MCIOB if possible, handling JCT contract administration and coordinating across clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally).
• MRICS/MCIOB qualified (ideally).
• JCT Contract Administration experience.
• Experience in commercial offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across multiple commercial office schemes in Central London.
• Oversee client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects meet programme, budget and quality targets.
