Job summary

Binnies is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead design and build projects from tender through to final handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and strong client, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a strong civil/engineering background, NEC contract experience, and excellent planning and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate will have a background delivering civil/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC contracts is desirable.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from tender through design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage programmes, budgets and resources.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
• Coordinate procurement with commercial teams.
• Monitor progress and report to senior leadership.
• Lead project teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Act as Temporary Works Coordinator when required.
