Domestic & General in Wimbledon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme, delivering a best-in-class control framework across multiple jurisdictions, covering policy, operating model design, KYC, screening and payments controls.

The role requires managing complex workstreams across functions and geographies, driving governance, risk management and timely delivery while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Senior Project Manager – Financial Crime Enhancement Programme

6 month Fixed Term Contract with Potential for Extension

With an inclusive, people‑first culture recognised by Great Places to Work and the Inclusive Employers Standard, we’re now looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to help drive delivery of our Financial Crime Enhancement Programme focused on building a best‑in‑class financial crime control framework across multiple jurisdictions. The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex workstreams across numerous areas spanning multiple business functions, geographies and stakeholder groups. You’ll be responsible for driving delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are aligned to both regulatory requirements and business goals.

Key elements of the role are to:

• Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the wider FCEP programme.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.
• Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.
• Work closely with business, technology and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and drive decision‑making.
• Maintain clear alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting at all levels, including senior leadership.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects within the financial services sector. This is absolutely essential.
• Strong project management experience across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience working with financial crime controls, including areas such as KYC, screening, governance or operational controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong facilitation, problem‑solving and delivery leadership capabilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving programme environment.
