Domestic & General is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme, driving delivery across multiple jurisdictions. The role is hybrid from Wimbledon and sits within a six-month fixed-term contract with potential extension, overseeing policy governance, KYC, screening and payment controls.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects within financial services.
• Strong project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.

Senior Project Manager – Financial Crime Enhancement Programme

The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex workstreams across numerous areas spanning multiple business functions, geographies and stakeholder groups. You'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are aligned to both regulatory requirements and business goals.

Key Elements Of The Role Are To

• Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the wider FCEP programme.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale financial crime transformation projects within the financial services sector. This is absolutely essential.
• Strong project management experience across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience working with financial crime controls, including areas such as KYC, screening, governance or operational controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong facilitation, problem‑solving and delivery leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving programme environment.
