MBDA is seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead aspects of the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) programme, partnering with GCAP and international teams to deliver capability to the RAF. The role combines on-site and remote elements in a dynamic, security-conscious environment.

An opportunity has arisen for a delivery focused Senior Project Manager on the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) Programme; one of the largest, most exciting and challenging programmes within Defence – to design and deliver the Future Combat Air Platform to the RAF in record time. The key cornerstone of FCAS is the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP), which sees the UK working with other international partners Italy and Japan, to deliver the future combat air platform. FCAS and GCAP presents a unique opportunity to influence the design of the system to consider the integration and employment of effects rather than just integrate effectors to an existing platform.
Circa £50,000- 56,000 depending on experience
2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
