Together, we are strengthening communities, supporting the UK’s critical infrastructure, and building a skilled workforce for the future.### Due to sustained growth and increased workload—particularly within our AMP8 framework agreements—we are looking to recruit an experienced **Senior Project Manager** with a strong civil engineering background.### ### This is an excellent opportunity to join our integrated project delivery team and lead complex, multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects. You will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.### Responsibilities:* ### Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of multiple ongoing projects (up to £10 million in value).* ### Undertake Principal Contractor responsibilities in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations.* ### Lead the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) procedures across all projects.* ### Conduct regular health and safety site inspections and promote a proactive safety culture.* ### Manage overall project programmes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.* ### Oversee all commercial aspects, including budget management, cost control, and achieving target margins.* ### Provide line management to Site Managers, Engineers, and Site Foremen.* ### Coordinate and manage supply chain partners, resolving issues and driving performance.* ### Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; build strong relationships and provide regular updates on project progress.* ### Chair and lead project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, actions, and decisions.* ### Manage change control and client expectations through effective communication and risk management.* ### Collaborate with designers to develop practical, cost-effective, and buildable solutions.* ### Mentor and support the professional development of project delivery teams.* ### Ensure all necessary method statements and risk assessments are in place and maintained.* ### Plan and secure resources and materials to meet delivery schedules.###### Qualifications### We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual who brings a passion for delivering quality civil engineering projects.
