Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders through reporting and regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within civil engineering, ideally in development-led projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering design, remediation, infrastructure, drainage, and cut & fill.
• Familiarity with current CE processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
