Senior Project Manager – Major Sheffield Programme | NEC4 | Heavy Engineering

Location: Sheffield, UK (Security Clearance Required)

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in heavy engineering projects? Do you have a deep understanding of NEC4 contracts and experience delivering complex, high-value programmes?

This is a career-defining opportunity to work on Sheffield’s largest project, delivering a major programme of works for a client at the heart of the city’s industrial heritage. My client, a leading global construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in this landmark development.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing heavy engineering or large-scale industrial projects.

In-depth knowledge of NEC4 contracts – particularly within major programmes.

Ability to work within highly regulated environments, preferably in Defence, Aerospace, or Nuclear.

Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC or DV clearance preferred).

Security Clearance Criteria:

Sole UK Passport holder – Dual nationals may not be eligible.

UK residency for the last 5 years, with no absences over 5 consecutive weeks.

Clean financial and criminal record, with background checks required.
