Job summary

Hunter Philips Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a major Solar PV construction project in the East Midlands. You will take overall responsibility for delivering on programme, cost, quality and contractual objectives, while coordinating contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.

The role requires proactive schedule management, budget oversight and proactive problem-solving, with hybrid working and some site travel.

Qualifications

• PM with substantial experience delivering renewable energy or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk.
• Proven track record coordinating contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programme, cost, quality and contractual objectives are achieved.
• Manage and oversee contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders throughout construction.
• Monitor construction schedules, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, commercial risks and contractual obligations.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and construction challenges proactively.
• Provide clear reporting to senior management on project progress, risks and milestones.
