Job summary

Sage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the People Team in Newcastle. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of strategic People projects and programmes, partnering with Centres of Excellence, Strategic People Business Partners, People Operations and Digital Services to drive change.

Hybrid working model: three days in the Newcastle office and two days from home. You will establish governance structures, manage risks, track progress and report to senior stakeholders, advancing Sage’s

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects and programmes.
• Strong project management expertise across planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working across multiple teams, functions and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience producing governance materials, reports and project updates.
• Experience within HR, People, Transformation or Shared Services environments.
• Experience delivering organisational, process, technology or operating model change.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within PMO governance frameworks.
