Job summary

Mysoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and SaaS implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients in the UK. You will own projects, manage timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful go-lives.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to Sage X3, Intacct, and CloudDocs, and the opportunity to shape delivery processes within a growing technology services business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience managing software implementation projects (SaaS or ERP).
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects (typically 4–8 at a time).
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, finance systems, or AP/payment workflows (desirable).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP and SaaS projects for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.

Due to continued growth, increasing customer demand, and an expanding portfolio of ERP and SaaS implementation projects, we're looking to add another Project Manager to our delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact transformation projects with well-known mid-market and enterprise customers, gaining exposure to modern ERP and cloud technologies including Sage X3, Intacct, and CloudDocs.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for ERP and SaaS implementation projects, working with mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading full lifecycle delivery of ERP and SaaS projects (including Sage X3, Intacct, CloudDocs)
• Managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
• Defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships
• Running key project ceremonies such as kick-offs, status updates, risk reviews, and go-live planning
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations effectively
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and alignment
• Maintaining high-quality project documentation (plans, UAT, go-live readiness)
• Driving continuous improvement and contributing to scalable, repeatable delivery practices

About You

You're a proactive, organised Project Manager with a solid track record in software delivery. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with different stakeholders, and keeping projects moving in fast-paced environments.

Knowledge & Experience

• 3-5 years' experience managing software implementation projects (SaaS or ERP)
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects (typically 4-8 at a time)
