Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Director, Specialty & Growth Portfolio to shape and accelerate our growth. This high-impact role partners with the General Manager and senior leaders across Product, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to turn bold ideas into clear plans and measurable results.

You will lead cross-functional programmes from planning through execution, establish governance, track risks and decisions, and translate data into recommendations for executive audiences.

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or strategic business initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation.
• Exceptional programme and project management expertise, including governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, using data and insights to drive decisions.
• The ability to prioritise effectively, navigate ambiguity, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

• Provide visibility across critical initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Turn data and insights into meaningful recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Create compelling executive-level presentations, communications, and business updates.
• Challenge thinking, identify opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders to drive better business outcomes.
• Champion best practices in programme and project management across the organisation.
